Turn off onto exit 28 to Coastal Route 1
Follow Route 1 for about 18 miles through the towns of Bath & Wiscasset
Just North of Wiscasset turn right on Route 27 South to Boothbay Harbor
12 miles on Route 27 brings you to the Boothbay Harbor village
At the intersection with library on right & a restaurant on left,
Drive straight to the water
Follow this road (Commercial St.) along the shore (about 1 minute), and
Drive straight down the dead end (Commercial St. Ext.)
Turn left on Eames Road

The Anchor Watch Bed & Breakfast is a non smoking and pet free Inn. We ask that children be over 8 years of age. We are open most of the year. The summer season high rates are from June 15th through Labor Day. Mid season rates drop $30 and run from Labor Day through October 14th. The quite season with the lowest rates goes from 10/15 through 11/15 and also 3/1 through 6/14. We are closed December - February. Rates quoted do not include the 7% Maine sales tax. Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm or by special arrangement; check out is by 11:00 am. Confirmation requires 1/2 total charge. MC/Visa or personal check accepted. Cancellation policy: at least 2 weeks notice for refunds, less $20 processing fee.
