Socializing on the private pier shorefront patio, on the front porch, or in the seaside room keep our guests coming back. The seaside room features a cozy corner gas fireplace and 7 windows facing the lovely water view. Here guests may indulge in afternoon refreshments and delicious breakfasts served each morning.

The ANCHOR WATCH B & B is a perfect home base for all your coastal Maine exploring. Many lighthouses can be seen from boat trips or short drives on our peninsula. Sandy beaches at Pemaquid Point to the North and Reid State Park to the South are just 30 miles away. The famous Freeport shopping outlets including L.L. Bean are just 40 miles away. Monhegan Island is a scenic 1 1/2 hour boat trip from Pier 8 in the Boothbay Harbor.

The FALL foliage is colorful until late October; WINTER invites invigorating hikes along Land Trust's many hiking trails; SPRING showcases flowering azaleas and in the SUMMER the blooming rock garden borders the path to the shore and our pier.
